It runs inside the FansMetric Chatting Client, alongside your team, with the same role permissions.
- Setup: complete the creator's Bio persona, add at least five active products, configure bump messages, then enable AI at the account level and per fan.
- Controls: block words, topics and pricing; exclusions that route big spenders, new fans, old fans, time wasters and custom lists to humans; configurable reply delays; pause and resume instantly; AI pauses automatically if an account loses sync.
- Monitoring: live feed of AI conversations, agency and per-creator KPIs, takeover from the Chatting Client at any time.
