FansMetric AI Chatter is an AI assistant that chats with fans 24/7 using a persona you define. It maintains conversations in your creator's voice, suggests and sells PPVs following your selling strategy, and works alongside your human chatters within the FansMetric CRM platform.

AI Chatter integrates directly into the FansMetric Chatting Client. Once enabled for an account, the AI handles fan conversations automatically—responding to messages, engaging fans, and selling PPVs from your approved catalog. Human chatters can monitor AI conversations in real time and take over anytime through the Chat Insights panel.

Yes. AI Chatter uses a Bio persona that you configure with personal info, chatting style, lifestyle details, physique, content descriptions, intimate details, and social media presence. The more complete your Bio (90%+ recommended), the more authentic the AI's conversations will sound. You can update the persona anytime as your creator's brand evolves.

Setup involves three steps: (1) Complete the Bio section with your creator's persona details—aim for 90%+ completion. (2) Add at least 5 active products to your catalog for PPV selling. (3) Configure Bump Messages for re-engagement. Once these requirements are met, enable AI Chatter at the account level, then toggle it on for individual fans in the Chatting Client → Chat Insights panel.

Bump Messages are automated re-engagement messages triggered by fan activity like comments, going online, likes, tips, or unlocks. They work with or without AI Chatter enabled. You can attach vault media or PPVs to bumps, set exclusions for specific fans, configure cooldown periods between bumps, enable auto-unsend, and track stats like sent count, replies, and reply rate.

Yes. AI Chatter sells PPVs from your approved product catalog following your configured selling strategy. It identifies the right moments in conversation to suggest content and handles the sales flow naturally. You need at least 5 active products configured for AI Chatter to enable PPV selling.

Yes. AI Chat Monitoring gives you full visibility into AI conversations with live feed viewing, agency KPIs, per-creator metrics, and the ability to pause/resume AI at any time. You can view conversations on OnlyFans directly, see intervention and escalation events, and monitor sync status. Human chatters can take over any conversation instantly through the Chatting Client.

AI Chatter supports multiple exclusion types to route specific fans to human chatters: big spenders, new fans, old/returning fans, time wasters, and custom fan lists. Excluded fans bypass AI entirely and go directly to your human team. This ensures high-value and sensitive conversations always get personal attention.

AI Chatter is designed to work alongside human chatters, not replace them. It handles routine conversations and high-volume messaging while your human team focuses on VIPs, complex requests, and relationship building. The Chatting Client shows which conversations are AI-handled vs. human, and chatters can take over anytime.

Yes. AI Chatter has both account-level and per-fan toggles. After enabling at the account level, you can turn AI on or off for individual fans through the Chat Insights panel in the Chatting Client. Combined with exclusion rules, this gives you granular control over which fans interact with AI.

Unlike standalone chatbots, AI Chatter is fully integrated into the FansMetric CRM. It shares data with your analytics, works alongside human chatters in the same interface, respects your role-based permissions, and uses your existing product catalog and selling strategy. AI Chatter requires specific role permissions under 'AI & Automation': AI Chatter Setup for configuring Bio, products, and bump messages; AI Chatter Monitor for viewing the AI dashboard, live feed, and conversation metrics. Agency owners can assign these permissions to team members through role management.

Yes. You can pause AI Chatter instantly at the account level or for individual fans. Pausing takes effect immediately—the AI stops responding and conversations route to human chatters. Resume anytime when ready. This is useful during sensitive situations or when you want direct human engagement.

Yes. AI Chatter includes configurable message delays between 30–300 seconds for regular messages and 300–900 seconds for PPV follow-ups. These delays make conversations feel more natural and human-paced rather than instant bot responses. You can adjust timing to match your creator's typical response patterns.

AI Chat Monitoring tracks sync status for all accounts. If sync is lost (connection to OnlyFans interrupted), the dashboard shows the affected account and AI pauses automatically until sync is restored. This prevents AI from operating on stale data and ensures you're always aware of connection issues.
